Pooh Shiesty Indicted After Money Found At Crime Scene’s Serial Numbers Match Money He Posted On Instagram

Pooh Shiesty was arrested anyway after the feds matched the Serial Number on the money found at footage in October that was allegedly his to money in one of his Instagram posts.

One of the things about the existence of social media is that it has made a lot of people’s jobs easier, but perhaps none easier than the police. For some reason, offenders always leave evidence on Instagram, because gaining some influence is the most important thing, at the moment.

Pooh Shiesty has been behind bars for allegedly broadcasting King Of Diamonds in Miami and now, a picture posted on his Instagram could cost him any chance of getting out of jail soon. According to the Miami Herald, a strange $100 bill found at a crime scene from October was discovered by the Feds on his Instagram, leading to the rapper’s official accusations.

Investigators also found a Louis Vuitton bag that fell out of the McLaren – it contained $40,912 in cash. Just days before the robbery happened, federalists said, his Instagram posted pictures of him with “several long rifles and lots of $100 bills.”

One of the bills in the pocket had the same serial number as the one depicted on Instagram. His Instagram account also shows him posing with the same green McLaren.

According to Complex, the shooting that happened last October happened in a parking lot just steps from the Bay Harbor Police Department and City Hall.

Reports say that the rapper and his friends Bobby Brown and Jayden Darosa planned to meet in the parking lot outside the Landon Hotel to buy marijuana and “premium sneakers.” The 21-year-old artist and his entourage are said to have tried to flee without buying supplies when gunfire broke out.

Shiesty was later charged with armed robbery with a gun in addition to being hit by a heavier bullet and aggravated by a weapon attack. After the incident, the rapper was released with the amount of 30,000 USD. Now a few months later, Shiesty has been formally charged with “shooting a firearm while committing the crime of violence, conspiracy and robbery under the laws governing commerce.”

Shiesty’s attorney said while expecting to be charged, he has maintained his innocence.

“We’ve been in contact with the United States Attorney’s Office and we believe they have a federal detainee against him and are likely to file federal charges,” Zangeneh said. “That doesn’t change our view of his 100% innocence, in both federal and state matters.”
